The idea is very simple: attach the puzzles to the wall magnetically, by using magnets!
Here is a small example of how it works:
- Divide the puzzle into as many pieces as you want and then save it.
- Lining the back with book lining, Aironfix or similar.
- Stick to the book liner, adhesive fridge magnet plates.
- "Magnetize" the wall: with magnetic paint or magnetic wallpaper.
- Hang the puzzle.
- Below I describe each of them:
Divide the puzzle into parts
Divide the puzzle into parts, as if you were going to store it in the box. Personally I prefer to divide it first by zippers and then in smaller pieces that I can then store in the box.
Turn over each part, assemble the puzzle on the floor, face to bottom, and cover each part with book lining or similar, ensuring that the lining does not exceed the entrances of each piece.
Use a good lining gear to avoid problems over time.
Stick to the book liner, adhesive fridge magnet plates.
Once the puzzle is lined, we can separate it into pieces and work separately with each of them.
Glue magnet plate to each part, which will allow you to "hang" it from the wall. Cover the entire surface of the lining with a magnet plate, to maximize the grip and minimize the risk of falling.
"Magnetize" the wall: with magnetic paint or magnetic wallpaper.
Once the puzzle is ready, prepare the wall, paint it with magnetic paint or with magnetic wallpaper. Then, you can paint the wall with the finishing color you want and you will not notice that the wall is "magnetized".
Finally, hang vertical sections of the puzzle (do not hang loose plates, to avoid lace problems) ensuring that they are perfectly vertical and ready!!
And this is the final result:

WOW!! That's so huge and beautiful 😍❤️! I didn't realize until I bought this 6000pc puzzle in a thrift store that they made them with so many pieces. And then I stumbled on your blog and was amazed by the fact that there seem to be no limits as to how big. Thank you for sharing this wonderful information and pictures.
